Free & easy installation
Your dedicated project leader will take care of the ATM installation and will be happy to manage all aspects from selecting the best position, signage, and housing. Any installation costs are all covered by Nationwide, so all you have to do is provide the space.
Support and management
Whether you have one site or one hundred, we value each and every one of our partners the same. When you become a site partner, we provide you with all the support and help that you need - from initial site assessment to installation of the machine and right throughout its lifetime. You will be assigned an experienced project leader from the ATM Services team who will be your constant point of contact with Nationwide ATM Services throughout the installation process. Following this, we provide a dedicated helpdesk to contact if you ever need our assistance.
One-to-one contact
Your ATM will be assigned a unique reference number. This will enable you to quickly tell us which machine is on your site so that any problems can be resolved.
For you
Along with the support you receive from your project leader, you'll also have the back-up of a fully serviced and supported ATM network for ongoing maintenance. If there are ever any problems with the ATM, you will be able to contact our helpdesk. We aim to resolve any problems quickly and efficiently. Loading of cash will be fully taken care of by our experienced cash suppliers without the need for you to be present.
For your customers
If one of our customers ever experiences a problem with the ATM they can contact any Nationwide branch or our 24 hour call centre. All you will need to do is direct them to Nationwide and we will be able to assist them.
