Leisure pubs, bars and restaurants (let on occupational leases to national tenants) and destination leisure parks

A word about borrowers

Most borrower types are acceptable to Nationwide provided that sufficient disclosure is available for us to meet our statutory money laundering requirements.

Limited companies (UK & Offshore) Pension funds (SIPPS, SAPPS etc.)


Funding variable, 3 month LIBOR, fixed rates, capped rates and other hedging
Security first legal mortgage charge over the property, debenture and/or guarantee (dependent on the nature of the transaction)
