- complete the Nationwide credit card application form
- we will give you an instant decision. We may offer you a Gold card or a Classic card

- your home and job details
- details of any loans/credit commitments
- to be aged 18 or over, a permanent UK resident and registered to vote
If you already have a credit card with Nationwide, and want to switch cards, please ring Credit Card Services on 08457 99 88 99.*
*You can apply to change your Nationwide credit card at any time but any introductory rate or offer is not available if you have previously held a Nationwide credit card with an introductory rate or offer.
