Fees and Charges - Property Valuation

We will not refund a mortgage valuation fee once the valuation has been carried out.

This also applies to applications that are declined, although the applicants can receive a copy of the valuation report.

The valuation fee will only be refunded where we receive notice of cancellation before 4.00pm on the day before the valuation is due to be carried out.
