Fees and Charges - Telegraphic Transfer
If your client or their conveyancer requests money to be sent by telegraphic transfer when the mortgage completes, we charge a fee which is currently £20. Your client will be notified of any changes or new fees at the time the service is requested and we may add this fee to their mortgage account.
