Meadowhall Branch Services
- Limited service branch – You can open new online accounts, as well as pay in cash or cheques, take out cash, pay a bill or get a mini statement using our self-service machines. And if you need a hand, our branch team are there to help.

- Audio induction loop - All branches have at least one counter position with an induction loop that is clearly indicated by an induction loop sign, and at least one portable induction loop for use in appointment rooms and in other areas of the branch
- Talking cash machines - Voice assistance is available on all of our cash machines. Make sure to bring a headset or headphones
- Domestic abuse support - We have a Safe Space where you can call a helpline, support service, or friends and family
