  • view and search your transactions

  • report your card lost or stolen and order a new card
  • manage your credit limit notifications

Good to know

Useful features that also come as standard with the Member Credit Card.

Alerts to help you manage your money

We’ll let you know when you’re close to your credit limit, or your introductory offer is about to end. You don’t need to register to get these free text alerts, you’re automatically signed up as long as we have your correct mobile phone number.

Control your credit limit

We won’t ever increase your credit limit without your permission. You are in charge of your credit limit and can change it when you log in online, through the app or over the phone (subject to credit checks, restrictions apply).

Purchases over £100 are protected

If you’ve paid for goods or services worth between £100 and £30,000 with one of our Credit Cards (or you’ve paid for part of the price with your credit card), in the UK or abroad, you may be able to make a claim under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act for a refund. You may be able to claim, for example if goods are faulty or simply don’t show up.

Contactless payments

It’s pretty standard these days, but just so you know, you can make contactless payments with your Member Credit Card up to £45.
