Why is my account missing from the Internet Bank?

There are a number of reasons why you might not be able to see your account in the Internet Bank:

If you're new to Nationwide

It can take up to 5 working days for new accounts to appear in the Internet Bank.

If you've just registered for internet banking

You can log in straight away, but it can take up to 24 hours for all your accounts to appear in the Internet Bank.
