Find your customer number in your welcome letter

Your customer number might be in the welcome letter we sent you when you opened your account.

Find it in the Banking app

  1. Log in to the app.
  2. Go to the menu in the top right corner.
  3. Tap ‘Details & Settings’.
  4. Tap ‘Your details’ to see your customer number.

Find it using the lookup tool, your current account card and a card reader

If you're a current account customer, you can retrieve your customer number instantly using our simple lookup tool. You'll need your card and card reader to hand.

Any bank or building society's card reader will work, as long as it accepts your debit card - it's equally safe and secure.
