Why can’t I register for internet banking?

If you opened an account in the last 10 days, you may already be registered

If you are already registered, you won’t be able to register again. All you need to do is wait for your account details - including your customer number and passnumber - to arrive in the post. This can take up to 10 working days, but once you have them, you can log in straight away – there’s no need to register.
