Ways to confirm eligibility
We're writing by email or letter to members who will receive the payment. If you think you're eligible and haven't heard from us by 20 March 2025, you can check by logging in to our online banking or using our eligibility checker.

Log in to online banking
Notification message
When you log in to our banking app or internet bank you may receive a message confirming that you're eligible.
Chat with us
If you don't receive a message when you log in to our banking app or internet bank. You can check if you're eligible by chatting with us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our eligibility checker
If you think you're eligible but don't have access to our online banking you can use our eligibility checker. We're only able to give you an indication based on the information you provide us.
