Forgotten your online banking details
Here's how to find or reset your online banking log in details.
Find your customer number
You can find your customer number:
- on your online banking registration welcome letter
- in the Banking app, or
- if you are a current account customer, using your Visa debit card, card reader and the customer number look up tool (opens in new window).
To find your customer number in the Banking app
- Open the Banking app.
- Log in using your 6-digit passnumber, fingerprint recognition or facial recognition.
- Choose the icon that appears in the top right of the Banking app.
- Choose Details & Settings.
- Choose Your details.
- Your customer number will appear at the top of the Banking app screen.
Set new memorable data
You will need to reset your memorable data if you have forgotten it.
To set new memorable data:
- Log into the Internet Bank.
- Choose Manage my details and settings.
- Choose View or change my security settings.
Note:
You can log in with your card reader, or your passnumber and a code by text.
Get a new passnumber
You will need to reset your passnumber if you have forgotten it. You can do this on the Banking app or on the Internet Bank.
Reset your passnumber on the Banking app:
- Open the Banking app.
- Choose Forgotten passnumber in the bottom left corner.
- Using your Visa debit card and card reader, follow the on-screen instructions.
To reset your passnumber on the Internet Bank:
- Log in to the Internet Bank using a card reader.
- Choose Manage, at the top of the screen.
- Choose My security.
- Choose View or change my security settings.
- Find My Passnumber, then choose Change.
