To manage the donor’s accounts using the Internet Bank, you need to:

  • Have no restrictions as an attorney
This means there are no restrictions set out in the document on how you can manage the donor's money. For example, there's no limit to how much cash you can take out or which accounts you can access.
  • Act severally with any other attorneys
This means you can make decisions on your own.
  • Be personally named as an attorney in the document
We cannot give online access to companies or organisations.
  • Confirm that you are a registered attorney for all the donor's accounts
There are some accounts you cannot be registered for as an attorney. For example, an account the donor is managing on behalf of someone else.
  • Have a UK address
