When can you switch to a new deal?
When you can switch depends on what type of mortgage you are on and how long you have left before your current deal ends. If you are on a fixed rate and have less than 4 months left, you can apply to switch to a new deal now.
If you use our banking app or Internet Bank, you can check if you are eligible to switch now with Mortgage Manager.

Don’t miss your mortgage switch and cancellation deadline
Find out when your current deal ends, your switch deadline, and your cancellation deadline — all in Mortgage Manager. You can access Mortgage Manager via our internet bank or banking app.

If you are eligible to switch now, you can view your personalised rates in Mortgage Manager. These rates are based on your current mortgage balance.
The rates we offer are as good as, or better than, those available to new customers remortgaging to us.
Want to switch early? You can still look for mortgage rates
If you have more than 4 months left and want to switch early, you may be subject to an Early Repayment Charge.
You won’t be able to see personalised rates in Mortgage Manager, but you can still browse our latest rates using our rates calculator.
