Share your support needs with multiple organisations

Communicating support needs to all your service providers may mean having to have several conversations. We have joined with Experian to make things easier for our customers to get the help they need.

Support Hub has been developed alongside consumers with lived experience and some of the UK leading organisations and charities to deliver a service that aims to make a big difference to people’s lives.

If you choose to give information about your needs to Support Hub, you are in control what is shared and who with. Your specific requirements can be shared across the multiple organisations using Support Hub.

Get the support you need

Support Hub currently allows you to share a wide range of support needs relating to several conditions and circumstances. These include sight, hearing, mental health and dementia to name but a few. And new support needs will continue to be added over time.


Sharing your information is easy and secure

You decide how much information you want to share, as well as who you want to share it with.

To do this, you simply;

  1. Visit the Support Hub site.
  2. Select the relevant support needs.
  3. Create an account.
  4. Choose which organisations you wish to share info with.
  5. Give Support Hub permission to share your details. They do the rest.

Support Hub uses encryption and data security to keep your information safe. Anything you put into the Support Hub will only be used by organisations to meet your support needs – nothing else.
